Mardi Gras kicks off on February 16th this year. To keep the party going, Zatarain's, the Cajun food company, is running a hot and spicy contest for a trip for 4 to any House of Blues in the United States. Part of the prize is awarded in a $4,000 check. Rock out at a concert in your home town, or jet off to a destination en route to the home country. Either way, you'll figure out how to have fun.
