A Taste of France In West Hollywood

All this chatter about Paris whetting your appetite? Enjoy a taste of France on Monday, May 3, 2010, at the Petrossian boutique and restaurant in West Hollywood, where bestselling author of French Women Don't Get Fat, Mireille Guiliano, is hosting a three-course prix-fixe ($125) caviar tasting dinner and book signing. Starting at 7:30 p.m. you will have the opportunity to dine with Mireille and sample some of Petrossian’s luxurious recipes, such as the Caviar Surprise with king crab, apple jelly, and caviar; or Green Bean Salad with burrata, and caviar. Included is an autographed copy of Mireille’s book, Women, Work & The Art of Savoir Faire. Reserve your spot now by calling 310.271.6300 or e-mailing PetrossianWeHo@petrossian.com.

Now that all the administrative details are out of the way, keep in mind that April 21st is Admin Professionals Day. In honor of the occasion, Folgers is giving away a $1,000 gift card, which ought to perk up anyone's day. That's enough to cover all of Mireille's books, Petrossian's unique event, and a ticket to Paris. Use your admin skills and enter.
