Grilled In Paris

Incredible Japanese food is hard to find in Paris, but Aida, is known for its teppanyaki, which involves using a hot iron plate (teppan) to grill (yaki) fresh seafood, meat, and veggies. This is the first Japanese restaurant in Paris to receive a Michelin star, which was bestowed in 2008. Grab a seat at the counter and watch chef Koji Aida in action, or slide a shoji screen open and slip into a private tatami room, where you'll feel like you're back in Japan. Kikkoman, which made their mark with soy sauce products, is giving away a San Francisco Culinary Adventure Opportunity awarded in the form of a $10,000 check. That's enough to fly to Paris and check out Aida yourself. Get your grill on and enter.
